Surrogate Requirements
For your application to be considered, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident who lives outside of Louisiana and Nebraska (these states prohibit surrogacy)
- Be a female between 21 – 38 years old
- Be a mother with a good pregnancy history (have carried at least one child to term, no more than two c-sections or five deliveries)
- Have medical records from when you were pregnant and when you gave birth (if your children were born outside the United States)
- Have a body mass index (BMI) under 30
- Lead a healthy and stable lifestyle
